Forging
After cross-referencing the results of forging mold flow simulations and analyses with various types of mold flow analysis software, judgments and revisions are made based on the extensive forging expertise accumulated over the years. This approach helps prevent potential defects and identifies the optimal process conditions and design.
Machining
In response to customer demands for diverse, low-volume, high-precision products with complex curvature, we use advanced CAM to write machining programs. This integration ensures high precision, high-quality 3D curvature, and optimal surface accuracy and assembly.
Polishing
We use professional technology and equipment to optimize surfaces through mechanical, dynamic, and ceramic polishing techniques, ensuring the natural luster and color of forged aluminum meet customer appearance requirements.
Painting
Robotic arms on the entire painting line ensure precise control of appearance quality and meet diverse paint and luster requirements through automation. As products become more complex, we address customer needs with techniques such as masking, machining, laser engraving, pad printing, and HRNT.
