Case Study

Fittipaldi Trsut Us

We were fortunate to meet Fittipaldi during our first participation in the SEMA SHOW in the United States.

In 2010, forged wheels were not as widespread due to their high cost, making them exclusive to super luxury sports cars and high-end vehicles. However, both we and the Fittipaldi team believed that with advancements in production technology, forged wheels would eventually become more affordable and appreciated by a broader audience. Their superior performance over cast wheels made this an exciting opportunity, so we decided to collaborate on developing various forged wheel styles.

By 2015, in the fifth year of our partnership, the Fittipaldi team visited our factory in China for the first time. At that time, we had only 22 CNC machines and a single painting line. Throughout 2016, we jointly designed and developed the Fittipaldi, Centerline, Worx, and Fondmetal series, which brought FD great success at the SEMA SHOW. Our collaboration reached new heights, growing from thousands of wheels delivered annually to 25,087 forged wheels in 2017. At Freeman, we firmly believe that our customers’ success is our success. Today, Freeman operates 348 CNC machines, two high-end painting lines, and by 2025, a new 100,000-square-meter factory will be operational—all thanks to the mutual support between us and our customers.

Years later, I asked Fittipaldi what convinced them to entrust us with the design and production of their entire wheel series in 2016. Their answer was simple: ‘Efficient and professional.’ In 2015, they visited five forged wheel factories in China. Although our factory was not the largest, Queeny’s efficient and professional service left a lasting impression. We were the first factory they visited, and before they left China, Queeny had already prepared all the design drawings and parameter details for 2016. These drawings were sent for confirmation, and samples were ready to accompany them back to the United States. This level of service instilled confidence, leading them to choose Freeman.

From 2018 to 2023, we co-developed the DROPSTAR, GEAR, TIS, and other OFF-ROAD series, which have become household names in the United States. Monthly, full containers are shipped to the U.S., and by 2025, we will establish a local warehouse in the U.S. to better serve our American customers.

Our Freeman & Fittipaldi story is still going on...
